Thermoforming Machine Description

The thermoforming machine is a part of the production line of clear aligners appliances. This equipment is mainly used to cover the dental membrane on the customized dental mold of the patient after thermoforming, so as to obtain the membrane matching the patient’s teeth. The equipment has a high degree of automation.

The thermoforming machine takes the foil roll as the raw material, and through hot forming and compression, the membrane is perfectly pressed on the dental mold, with high fitting rate and high efficiency. After pressing, it automatically cuts off, and transfers the model of single pressed membrane to the next stage.It can form an automatic production line with marking machine and trimming machine, with high efficiency, high speed and high yield, which can effectively meet the needs of industrialization.
